1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting service from Tinks Heavenly Touch Appliance Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for household appliances.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on technician scheduling, parts availability, or location.

3. Service Calls & Diagnostic Fees

  • A non-refundable diagnostic fee is required for our technician to inspect the appliance.
     
  • The diagnostic fee covers troubleshooting ONLY, not the repair cost.
     
  • If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total service cost (if stated at time of scheduling).
     

4. Pricing & Estimates

  • All repair estimates are provided before work begins.
     
  • Prices may vary based on parts, labor, service area, or emergency/after-hours requests.
     
  • Estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted.
     
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing if additional issues are discovered during the repair.
     

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time services are completed.
     
  • We accept cash, check, and other forms of payment as disclosed on our website or by the technician. No debit/credit cards are accepted at this time.
     
  • Returned or disputed payments may result in additional fees.
     

6. Parts & Warranty

6.1 Parts

  • Parts may be OEM or high-quality aftermarket based on availability.
     
  • All special-order parts must be paid for upfront and are non-refundable.
     

6.2 Warranty on Labor & Parts

  • Labor warranty: 60 days from the date of repair unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Parts warranty: Covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty (varies per part). 60-90 days
     
  • Warranty applies to the original repair only and does not cover:
     
    • New or unrelated issues
       
    • Damage caused by misuse, flooding, electrical problems, pests, or improper installation by others
       
    • Commercial-use appliances unless previously agreed
       
    • Pre-existing conditions or multiple issues within the same appliance
       

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
     
  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service fee.
     

8. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and safe service, you agree to:

  • Provide safe, clear access to the appliance.
     
  • Ensure someone 18+ is present during the appointment.
     
  • Disclose any known electrical, water, or safety issues.
     
  • Provide accurate model and serial numbers when requested.
     

We are not responsible for moving stacked units, built-ins, or heavy appliances unless safe and necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tinks Heavenly Touch Appliance Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or issues discovered during service
     
  • Damage resulting from aging appliances, brittle parts, or manufacturer defects
     
  • Loss of food, income, or property from appliance downtime
     
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
     

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

10. No Guarantee of Completion

Some appliances may be non-repairable due to age, part availability, internal failures, or safety concerns.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the repair is deemed unsafe or not cost-effective.

11. Use of Customer Information

We collect customer information (name, phone number, email, service details) for scheduling, service communication, and marketing.
We do not sell customer information.

12. Google Call Tracking & Analytics

By contacting us through Google Ads or Google call tracking numbers, you consent to:

  • Call tracking for quality and performance improvement
     
  • Analytics data being collected according to Google’s policies
     

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in those jurisdictions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
